5. Relationship with Proprietary Trading Firms

Fortius does not access, operate, or hold login credentials for any client’s proprietary trading account. All executions and decisions remain entirely under the client’s control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fortius, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:

  • Any loss or damage arising from simulated or real trading activity conducted by clients;

  • Loss of data, interruption of service, or software malfunction;

  • Any misinterpretation, misuse, or misrepresentation of Fortius’s materials; or

  • Any action taken by third-party proprietary trading firms, including account suspensions or policy changes.

In no event shall Fortius’s aggregate liability exceed the total service fees actually paid by the client.

8. No Guarantee of Performance or Payouts

Fortius does not guarantee:

  • Any specific trading results, payouts, or evaluation outcomes;

  • The continuity or reliability of any third-party proprietary trading firm; or

  • The accuracy or timeliness of analytical or automation tools.

All tools and models are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, intended solely to assist clients in maintaining discipline and consistency within simulated environments.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, designs, text, software, and trademarks are the property of Fortius Resources Private Limited, unless otherwise noted.
